Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Antgrid, a product of BHARATH MOHAN (doing business as Radha AI Products). It supplements our Terms of Use. Radha AI Products is the legal entity behind Antgrid.

Summary

Local use of Antgrid is free. For paid “Pro” plans, all purchases are final and non-refundable, because every paid plan is preceded by a free trial or a cooling-off period that lets you evaluate the Services at no cost. The limited exceptions below still apply — including a cooling-off window for Pro Lifetime, goodwill on accidental renewals, store-specific rules for Apple/Google purchases, and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Where and how you cancel or request a refund depends on the channel through which you purchased.

1. Free trial (Pro Yearly)

Your Pro Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is not charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged for the first annual term automatically. Because the trial lets you evaluate the full Services for free, subscription charges after the trial are non-refundable except as set out in Sections 4–7.

2. Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a Pro Yearly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid term — you keep access to paid features until then. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a term that has already been paid.

3. General refund policy

Except for the specific cases in Sections 4–7, all paid purchases are non-refundable. This includes subscription terms after the free trial has ended and any subscription that has already renewed beyond the goodwill window in Section 5.

4. Pro Lifetime — cooling-off window

Because Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase without a free trial, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing contact@radhaai.com with your account email and transaction reference. After this 7-day window, Pro Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law (Section 7) or where we terminate your Lifetime access for reasons other than your breach of the Terms of Use, in which case we will offer a pro-rata refund.

5. Accidental or unintended renewals

If a Pro Yearly subscription renews and you did not intend to renew, contact us at contact@radhaai.com within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will, as a goodwill measure, refund the renewal charge provided you have not used the paid features during the period following that renewal. This goodwill refund applies to renewals only, not to initial purchases.

6. Purchases made through Apple or Google

Refunds for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google, not by us, under their respective policies. Because these stores are the merchant of record for in-app purchases, we cannot issue refunds for them directly — if you ask us, we will direct you to the store’s refund process:

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, a statutory cooling-off or right-of-withdrawal period for digital purchases). Where such law grants you greater rights than this policy, those rights apply.

8. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds (Sections 4 and 5) are issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days. Where Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are processed through Paddle under Paddle’s Buyer Terms; in the event of any conflict between Paddle’s policy and this one, Paddle’s policy governs for those transactions. We will assist you with the request.

9. Abuse

We may decline refund requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of our Terms of Use.
