We are BHARATH MOHAN, doing business as Radha AI Products (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). Radha AI Products is the legal entity behind Antgrid.

We operate the website https://antgrid.ai and the application available at https://app.antgrid.ai, together with the Antgrid desktop, mobile, and bridge software and any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, “you”) and Radha AI Products, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We may modify these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

1. Our Services

Antgrid is a command centre for AI coding agents that you run on your own machine and can monitor and control remotely from your other devices. Local use of Antgrid is free. Paid plans add encrypted remote control and related features (see Section 5).

The Services are not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law or would subject us to any registration requirement. You access the Services on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

2. Third-Party AI Agents and Providers

Antgrid helps you operate third-party coding agents (such as Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools) and the AI providers behind them (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google). We do not provide those agents or AI models, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of any such agent or provider is governed by that third party’s own terms and policies, and you are responsible for maintaining your own accounts, credentials, API keys, and for any charges they impose. We provide the encrypted infrastructure that carries your agent traffic, but we are not responsible for the actions, security, or output of any third-party agent or AI provider. You must not use the Services or any connected agent in violation of any applicable third-party terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your code and data

You retain all rights to your own source code, files, prompts, and data. Antgrid transmits this content in end-to-end encrypted form and does not claim any ownership over it.

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Services, including our software, source code, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Content” and “Marks”). The Content and Marks are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, decompiled, reverse-engineered, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited without our prior written permission.

License to use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

4. User Accounts and Representations

You may be required to register to use certain features. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information, to keep it updated, and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Legal Terms, that you are not a minor, and that you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if you violate these Legal Terms.

5. Purchases and Payment

Local use of Antgrid is free. Paid plans (“Pro”) unlock encrypted remote control and related features.

Purchase channels

The merchant of record and applicable terms depend on where you purchase:

Platform-specific purchasing. If you use the iOS app, any in-app subscription is sold exclusively through Apple’s in-app purchase system; if you use the Android app, through Google Play Billing. Purchases via Razorpay or Paddle are available only through our website and are not offered inside the mobile apps. Prices and offers may differ by channel.

Billing terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it. You authorize us (or the applicable processor or store) to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select, plus any applicable taxes. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (typically US dollars). Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required, are added at checkout; any currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider. Prices may change, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Recurring payment authorization (Razorpay)

For recurring subscriptions processed via Razorpay, you authorize recurring charges to your registered payment method on the schedule you select. You may modify or revoke this recurring mandate at any time through your bank or by contacting us. The initial charge, and the first charge after any free trial, requires your consent at signup and is not made without it.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Renewal

Free trial

Pro Yearly includes a free trial (currently 7 days). No charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged automatically for the first paid term.

Billing and renewal

Subscription plans continue and automatically renew at the then-current price until canceled. You consent to recurring charges to your payment method without prior approval for each charge, until you cancel. The billing cycle depends on the plan you choose. At checkout you will see the price, billing cycle, and auto-renewal terms before you complete your purchase.

Lifetime plans

A “Pro Lifetime” plan is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Antgrid product as offered by us; it does not create an obligation to operate the Services indefinitely. Refund rights for Pro Lifetime, including the cooling-off window and the pro-rata refund if we terminate your access without cause, are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Managing and canceling

You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current paid term. For purchases made through Apple or Google, you must manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings, subject to their rules.

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Without limitation, you agree not to:

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, to take appropriate legal action, and to manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.

9. Term and Termination

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Legal Terms or any applicable law, or where required to protect the Services or other users. Where practicable, and except in cases of breach, abuse, legal requirement, or risk to the Services, we will give reasonable notice before terminating paid access.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. If we terminate your Pro Lifetime access for reasons other than your breach of these Legal Terms or applicable law, we will provide a pro-rata refund as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. You may not create a new account to circumvent a termination.

10. Modifications and Interruptions

We may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part) at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability or interruption, but this does not limit the refund rights expressly stated in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY AI AGENT OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER WILL PRODUCE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE OUTPUT. NOTHING IN THESE LEGAL TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radha AI Products and Bharath Mohan, and their officers, agents, and employees, from any claim, loss, liability, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your violation of these Legal Terms or applicable law; (b) your violation of any third-party intellectual-property, privacy, or other right; (c) your use of any third-party AI agent or provider in violation of their terms; or (d) your code, files, prompts, or data transmitted through the Services.

14. User Data and Backups

You are responsible for your own code, files, and data and for maintaining your own backups. Because of the encrypted nature of the Services, we cannot recover your content, and except as required by applicable law we are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.

15. Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. By using the Services, you agree to its terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms.

Before commencing any formal proceeding, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting contact@radhaai.com. Nothing in this section limits your right, as a consumer, to pursue a claim before the consumer redressal forums available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable consumer-protection law.

17. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Legal Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radha AI Products regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Legal Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor (for example, in connection with a merger or acquisition).

Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, network or utility failures, or governmental action.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated in Section 18 (Apple), these Legal Terms do not confer any rights on any third party.
